I've worked out pretty much every button to be an icon instead of words, and I've got a couple of different hover methods I'm thinking of using and testing out.  I'm finalizing the interactions with one or two text responses, but will be adding more so that you aren't reading the same text over and over.

Lastly, I am playtesting internally to make sure it's fun while also still keeping to the spirit of "First time with a new person in a very usual situation" so you don't just immediately jump to the most extreme content.
